Efecto gastroprotector del extracto hidroalcohólico del tubérculo de Sinningia warmingii (Papa Madre), en Mus musculus var. albinus con úlceras gástricas inducida por indometacina
Abstract
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar el efecto gastroprotector del extracto hidroalcohólico del tubérculo de Sinningia warmingii (papa madre), en Mus musculus var. albinus, con úlceras gástricas inducida por indometacina. Este estudio fue de tipo experimental, cuantitativo y transversal, se trabajó con 05 grupos de experimentación, Blanco: tratado únicamente con el vehículo agua destilada; Control positivo: se le administró 80mg/kg de indometacina por vía intraperitoneal; grupo estándar: se le administró indometacina 80mg/kg (VIP) más ranitidina 100mg/kg (VO); y dos grupos experimentales: a los cuales se le administró indometacina 80mg/kg (VIP) más extracto hidroalcohólico de Sinmingia warmingii (papa madre) 900mg/kg y 1800mg/kg (VO); finalmente los estómagos fueron removidos y examinados donde se determinó la cantidad de úlceras gástricas. En relación al número de úlceras observadas en los grupos: control positivo, grupo estándar y grupos experimentales fueron: 5,33 ± 1,63; 2,0 ± 1,0; 3,16 ±1,94;3±0.89; respectivamente diferenciándose significativamente entre ellos (p<0.05). Se concluye que el extracto hidroalcohólico del tubérculo de Sinningia warmingii (papa madre) a 900mg/kg pc y 1800mg/kg pc, presentó efecto protector del tejido gástrico
