Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar y describir las
Principales caracterización del financiamiento, capacitación y rentabilidad de las micro
y pequeñas empresas sector comercio-rubro venta de ropa para niños del centro de
Trujillo, año 2015. La investigación fue descriptiva, cuantitativa, no experimental,
transversal. para llevarla a cabo se escogió una población muestral de 15
microempresas, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de 15 preguntas, utilizando la
técnica de la encuesta, obteniéndose los siguientes resultados: Respecto a los
empresarios y las Mype: los empresarios encuestados se establece que los
representantes legales son personas adultas, ya que sus edades oscilan entre 26 y 60
años, los representantes legales de las empresas encuestadas son del sexo femenino con
un 66.67% y 33.33% corresponde a los hombres, con respecto al nivel de estudios de
los representantes legales de las empresas tenemos que el 66.67% tienen nivel técnico y
el 33.33% solo tiene secundaria. Así mismo, las principales características de las
MYPES del ámbito de estudio afirman que el 67% tienen más de 5 años en la actividad
empresarial. Respecto al Financiamiento: los empresarios encuestados manifestaron
que el 100% del capital invertido es propio Respecto a la capacitación: los
empresarios encuestados manifestaron que el 73% recibió capacitación sobre los
créditos brindados por el sector financiero Con respecto a la Rentabilidad: el 47%
afirman que el financiamiento ha mejorado la rentabilidad.
En conclusión la gran mayoría de mypes encuestadas no cuentan con capacitación y
esto se ve reflejado en su rentabilidad.
